A unique tasting experience featuring Award-Winning Thick Velvet Ganache from Iain Burnett, The Highland Chocolatier voted Europe’s Best at the International Chocolate Awards. It is a melted truffle made with pure, gourmet couverture chocolate with no additives or thickeners. To each jar, we blend in a delicious drop of Caledonia Single Malt Whisky. This is a special-cask release from nearby Edradour Distillery selected by famed local songwriter Dougie MacLean and named after his famous song, now an official Scottish anthem.
Ingredients: milk, cocoa mass, sugar, alcohol, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, fat reduced cocoa powder, milk whey powder, emulsifier, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
